Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or sent in error.
Non-Returnable Items:
Pool chemicals and any chemical products are non-returnable due to safety and quality concerns.
Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.
